Graduated in Law at the University of Florence with a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled “Non-punitive epilogues in the criminal jurisdiction of peace”, she obtained a Diploma from the School of Specialization for the legal professions.
You have carried out the functions of Honorary Deputy Attorney at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Prato.
You deal with substantive and procedural criminal law with particular reference to corporate and financial crimes, crimes against the person and against property.
You are currently a member of the Board of the A.I.G.A. from Florence.
She is a founding partner of the BGC-Bendinelli-Gori-Cosimelli Law Firm, a member of the LIC-Legue International for Creditors.

Tommaso Bendinelli

Graduated in Law at the University of Florence with a thesis in comparative private law entitled “The loss of chance: problems and issues in a comparison between French law and Italian law”, he subsequently obtained the specialist diploma in legal professions.
Currently he carries out consultancy and assistance for individuals and companies – both Italian and foreign – with specific skills in corporate commercial law, national and international credit recovery, real estate sales, medical liability and inheritance.
He is the President of the A.I.G.A. of Florence, an association of which he is also Coordinator for the Tuscany Region.
Former treasurer of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Council of the Bar of Florence, he is a Director of the District Discipline Council at the District of the Court of Appeal of Florence.

Antonella Cosimelli

Graduated in Law at the University of Florence with a thesis in the history of Italian law entitled “The concept of social defense in the Italian criminal law of the nineteenth century”, obtaining a grade of 110/110 cum laude, dealing mainly, after the degree and the qualification to practice the profession, assistance and consultancy to individuals and foreign companies. Currently, you are involved in legal assistance and representation in matters of commercial and corporate law, national and international credit recovery, family law and bankruptcy law, the latter sector in which you also worked on behalf of the Bankruptcy Bodies.
